Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oakland, CA)

Ironwood Meridian Legal Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving court deadlines. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
