Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oakland, CA)

Bright Pike Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Oakland plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
