Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oakland, CA)

Northwind Willow Community Partners is a Oakland charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
