Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Oak Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Oakland. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
