Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oakland, CA)

Clearpath West Energy Group is an energy provider in Oakland focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
