Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Oakland, CA)

Summit West Care Services provides in-home and community support in Oakland, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
