Project Coordinator - grant reporting (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around New Orleans. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
