Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Hollow Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
