Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Iron Housing Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
