Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Nashville with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving weigh tickets. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
