Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Haven Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Nashville region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 402 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
