Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Vista Auto Group is a Minneapolis company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
