Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Quill Health provides primary and specialty care in Minneapolis, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
