Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Ivory Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
