Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Juniper Inspection Services is an inspection company in Milwaukee with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
