Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Keystone Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Milwaukee with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 897 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
