Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight River Medical is a Milwaukee company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
