Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Lakeside Arts Center is an arts centre in Milwaukee with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
