Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Miami, FL)

Fernwood Basin Legal Group provides legal services in Miami across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client files. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
