Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Cedar Inspection Services is an inspection company in Miami with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 695 people based in Miami. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
