Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Miami, FL)

Redstone Maple Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
