Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Sparrow Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
