What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
