Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Yarrow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Miami. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
