Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Miami, FL)

Nova Corner Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
