Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Miami, FL)

Harborlight West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Miami, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
