Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Yarrow Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 490 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
