Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Miami, FL)

Clearpath West Energy Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
