Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Miami, FL)

Fernwood Orchard Arts Center is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
