Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Forge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Miami working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Miami. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
