Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Glen Care Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
