Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Forge Care Services Associates is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 538 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • PMP or CAPM certification.
