Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Memphis, TN)

Bright Bridge Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
