Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sable Community Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
