Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Madison, WI)

Silverline Timber Pharma is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Madison. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
