Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Vista Housing manages affordable housing communities across Louisville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
