Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Louisville, KY)

Fernwood Labs is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
