Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Vista Construction is a Little Rock contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
