Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Little Rock, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 143 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
