Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Ivory Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 165 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification.
