Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving reviews and feedback. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
