Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Timber Medical is a Las Vegas company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
