Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Field Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
