Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Corner Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Las Vegas producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
