Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Las Vegas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 670 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
