Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Vale Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Las Vegas plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
