Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cobalt Medical and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
