Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove West Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification.
