Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Ivory Health provides primary and specialty care in Knoxville. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
