Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Birch Care Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
